How does time tracking work? +

Start a timer from the app header by selecting a task, or start it directly from a task drawer. Every session is saved to your history, where you can edit or add past sessions if you forgot to track in real time.

Can I mark work as billable and set an hourly rate? +

Yes. Projects can use hourly billing, and each work session can be marked billable (or not). Billable sessions include an hourly rate so your exports reflect real client work.

Can I export work sessions for clients? +

Yes. Filter your work sessions however you need, then export to PDF or XLSX. You can also choose to group sessions by task for clearer client updates.

What happens when I archive a project? +
